📦 SHIPPING
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes between 3 and 7 business days depending on your city. Metropolitan areas (CDMX, GDL, MTY) usually receive orders in 3–4 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes! All orders within Mexico have free shipping, with no minimum purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we only ship within Mexico. We are working to expand soon.
📏 SIZES AND PRODUCT
How do I know what size to order?
Consult our Size Guide to measure yourself correctly. If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger one.
What material is it made of?
We use premium fabric with UV50+ protection, quick-drying, and high resistance to chlorine and saltwater. It is comfortable, durable, and maintains its shape after many uses.
How do I wash my swimsuit?
Hand wash with cold water and neutral soap. Avoid washing machines, dryers, and bleach. Hang to dry in the shade to preserve the colors.
🔄 EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I exchange my size if it doesn't fit?
Yes! We offer free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, with tags. Write to us on WhatsApp to start the process.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving the order. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with original tags. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SPEI transfer, OXXO Pay, and Mercado Pago.
Is it safe to pay in your store?
