Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging, in order for it to be accepted for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contacto@equalswimwear.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: AV CHAPULTEPEC 240 ROMA NORTE, CIUDAD DE MEXICO 06700.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.

Our satisfaction guarantee policy allows returns within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate a return, contact us at contacto@equalswimwear.com.
