Shipping Policy

Mexican brand with national and international shipping

Equal Swimwear is a Mexican brand based in Mexico City. All of our orders are carefully prepared and inspected before being shipped to ensure you receive the correct product, made to our brand's quality standards.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Times

For clarity, this section uses two types of time measurement:

  • Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Calendar days: every day of the calendar, including weekends and holidays.

🇲🇽 National shipping (Mexico)
1 to 3 business days from shipping confirmation.

🌍 International shipping
3 to 7 business days from shipping confirmation, depending on the destination country and DHL Express's operating times.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond Equal Swimwear's control.


Courier

Our primary courier is DHL Express, internationally recognized for its speed, coverage, and reliability.

For certain destinations or specific circumstances, we may use another equivalent courier company to ensure the best delivery experience.


Shipping to the European Union

Shipments to European Union countries may be subject to customs inspection, which may cause additional delivery time beyond our control.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the maximum delivery time for orders within the European Union is 30 calendar days, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.


Liability

Equal Swimwear will not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs processes, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

In the event of loss or damage during transport, please contact us so we can assist you and arrange the best possible solution.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment in real time.
