Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Domestic Shipping (Mexico): 3-5 business days
International Shipping: 7-15 business days (may vary depending on destination)

Return Policy
General Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the products meet the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Original tags must be intact.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the original hygiene protector.
Items must be in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Products that have been worn or washed.
Items without tags or with the hygienic protector removed.
Final sale or clearance items (if applicable).

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging

Exchanges
