Returns due to Size
We know that finding the perfect size is key. That's why, before your purchase, we are available to advise you and help you choose the ideal size.
If you still need a size exchange, you have up to 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request it. The product must be in perfect condition: unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Product Guarantee
All our products come with a guarantee against manufacturing defects (seams, elastic, finishes). If your item has a defect, we will exchange it at no additional cost.
How to initiate a process?
All exchange and return processes are managed exclusively by email:
Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and photographs of the product in case of a defect.

- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags
- Requests outside the 30-day period
